Cancellation of Service Agreement:
Customer has the right to cancel their monthly subscription within 10 days of activation date and will receive a full refund, less any claims. The Repair Club reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason. In the event this agreement is canceled, you will receive a refund of any un-earned premium, less any repair claims.

We only accept credit cards since our system is set up for monthly automated billing.
Yes, but you do need to call or email to notify us of your new address.
Yes, the new owners will have to call us and give us all of their information so we can transfer the subscription coverage.
If The Repair Club deems your appliance non-repairable and you have had an active subscription for 12 + months then you qualify for a $200 rebate. You must provide proof of purchase of new appliance for the rebate to be processed.
